2 x U bolt measures 49mm (2.5") between hole centres. Requires 13mm spanner.

Cable grip - the lazy man's way to splice cable in a loop over J bolt.

Picture approximately full size. U bolt measures 11.5mm between hole centres. Requires 8mm spanner. Recommend two minimum per loop.

A17324 Single lashing kit for brackets holding masts up to 1.75" diameter. Includes multistrand steel wire, corner brackets, J bolts and nuts, U bolts and nuts. For 2" mast order 2.5" U bolts separately.

A25127 13" galvanised lashing cradle. Requires single lashing kit A17324. Up to 10' mast. OK for large aerials up to DAT75. Unlike some other products, this device does not dig in to the mortar. Suits pole up to 2.0" diameter. Recommended length 10' max.

Note: T + K bracket may be required instead, dependent on total weight and wind loading. See satellite hardware section for T+K brackets and steel poles.

HOW TO CHOOSE AN AERIAL BRACKET

The distance between the top U bolt and the bottom U bolt should be at least 1/5 the distance between the aerial and the top U bolt.

Poles

Note: We offer a 1 and 2 metre 2" steel pole. (We used to offer the next size up, which is 10 feet long x 2". However, we had numerous problems with delivery so we no longer stock this).

These poles join together like tent poles.

<--- Swaged steel pole can be joined together - ideal for caravan, or make your own clothes pole, tent pole or whatever! Easier to assemble on a roof than a longer pole. Very strong when slotted together. (If you want them to come apart, please grease them first!)

Use with satellite dishes and aerials. May need additional support/guy wires.

Suitable for small, lightweight aerials

This 25mm (1 inch) diameter aluminium pole has a tapered thread that allows it to be screwed into a joist in the loft or through the ceiling below. Ideal for our recommended loft aerial. (May need additional support at far end).
