EchoStar HDS-600RS with HDMI and Sling Technology

The HDS-600RS is a Freesat PVR with a difference. Not only does it connect to your HDTV with an HDMI cable for Standard and High Definition viewing - it can also be connected to your broadband router* with an Ethernet cable. This connection allows you to control and watch the recorded and real-time programmes from anywhere that has a broadband Internet connection. So you can view in the other rooms of your house via WiFi or in any country, via a computer, laptop, tablet, iPod Touch, iPhone etc. Watch your own TV while visiting friends or on holiday!

*Note: home upload speed of at least 600kb/s recommended. Slower speeds will work but picture will be disappointing. HD programmes will be converted to lower definition for sending via the Internet but full HD is available at home via the HDMI connection to an HDTV.

Pipe Freesat round your house via coaxial cable!

Kit includes RF modulator, Skylink-Plus, magic-eye and all connectors.

Suitable for any Freesat system.

NOTE: we had several RF modulators tested independently. Only one produced good quality pictures and sound, and did not interfere with "magic eye" operation. (This was not the one in the photo - we supply the best.)

You will also need coaxial cable.
