Sky-HD uses a new design of Slim line remote control. The Default code pre-programmed into the RCU is now for Phillips and is (0)065. The RCU is programmed in the usual manner using either the instructions in the Digital Installation Manual or via the Sky Customer Service option in the Interactive on-screen menu. This Revision 8 and 9 Remotes contain codes for many recent model TFT and plasma screens but we don't have a complete list. We ask for your help in compiling the list, below. The Sky HD Revision 9 Remote is in stock. Click HERE. The HD remote by default works ONLY the SKY-HD box. If you punch the required button sequence it will then control the HD box AND the SKY+ box because the Sky-HD box recognises both sets of codes: Press the TV button. Press and hold SELECT and i together until the LED flashes twice. Press the number button 1 and then press SELECT. Note: To re-programme the RCU for Sky HD box operation, repeat the above process pressing the 2 button in step three. Keep pressing HELP and waiting a few seconds until you find the correct command that activates the AV source you require then press SELECT. The HELP button will now directly activate the chosen AV source instead of toggling through the alternative options to reach it. There are 18 AV source commands to be tried before the RCU blinks 3 times to indicate it is out of options. The Sky Guide buttons (SKY, tv guide, box office, services & interactive) can now be directed to use the same AV source as the newly programmed HELP button. Press SELECT and GREEN until LED flashes twice. Press HELP then SELECT and the LED will flash Twice. The Sky Guide buttons will now instruct the TV to switch to the desired AV source and the RCU will be in Sky Mode. HDMI over Single Cat5 Cat6 HD Extender Transmitter and Receiver 50m / 160ft. This single transmitter and single receiver, when connected by 1 network patch cable (cat5 or 6) will provide a high definition extension to your HDMI display or TV and HDMI video player, HD Box or PS3 etc. More info. about this and HDMI leads, switches, splitters, etc. To enter a code in the Sky HD remote: Press TV. Hold Down SELECT and 0 (double-blink). enter the numbers (double-blink). Then SELECT and 1 (double-blink).   Or To enter the desired code on your Sky HD Remote:- Press TV Press Select and the Red button until it blinks twice Press TV again Enter 4 digit code Press power button. To program the remote I pressed the TV button then pressed the select and red button together until I got the two flashes then I immediately put the code in WITHOUT pressing TV again as it says in the manual.

LG	Note: The website lists 1293 as the code for my model of TV. It seems to work with limited functionality and produces a single blink. However, 0206 works perfectly with two red blinks and full functionality on remote. Press tv on sky remote and the red light should blink once then press and hold select and red button together until the red light blinks twice now enter the code 0206 and it should blink once more and u should be all set

SONY	Where 0000 works, it's worth trying 0533. I think the 0533 does extra things like aspect ratio switching when in TV mode. Note: In Sony TVs the Z verse W in the model number seems to make a difference (i.e. for W models use 0000, for Z use 0533). Noting that for older remote control versions the 0000 works in the Z series but for newer control revisions (e.g. rev8) it doesn't. I think the clue is if the remote does not do a double Red LED after entering the code but does a long sigle Red LED flash then the code may not be in the remote control ROM database. Greg
